Q. How do I get my work to you?
A. Send your DVD/CD directly
to us, we recommend sending by registered post. An email is sent on receiving and on despatch, giving you the peace of mind it's all
in hand.
Q. Will my clients know I use your services?
A. Only if you choose to tell them, we do not advertise or use watermarks
on any of the work we undertake.
Q. My signature style relies on the use of Photoshop Actions and Plugins, I do not want others
to have these custom options.
A. Any actions that you provide remain exclusive to you. We will never apply these finishes to other
studios work.
Q. How long will it take?
A. We aim to turn around work within 7 days, during busy periods this may run to 12 days.
We can advise on turn around time when you enquire.
Q. Do you offer a printing service?
A. We don't at present as most of our
clients have their own trusted labs, we are happy to forward the finished images direct to your chosen processor should this be your
wish!
Q. I am concerned that using a third party processing service will mean my images will look like everybody else's.
A. We
take the time to discuss your needs, study your work and website to get a feel for your style and look. Having only a small team of
people means that usually the same person will deal with your work each time. This ensures we can work to your high standards and
develop your chosen look and feel.
Q. Is your service expensive?
A. We only charge for the work we do, there are no hidden or
monthly charges to pay. By out sourcing your processing work, you are able to undertake more work and spend more time with the camera
earning more money!
Q. I need a quick turn around on a specific shoot, would this be possible?
A. Contact us and we can advise
to whether this is possible, we may be able to upgrade your work on our 3-day priority service.
